What Synviti is — and is not

Synviti is a personal wellness companion: it keeps your readings, medicines, meals and health documents in one place and helps you make sense of them. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, and nothing in the app replaces a doctor's advice.

This policy describes, in plain language, what we collect, why, where it lives, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account information: your email address (or phone number if you use one), and an optional display name. We use these only to sign you in and to keep your account yours.

Wellness data you enter: medications and their schedules, dose logs, readings (such as glucose, blood pressure, temperature), meal and activity notes, and your answers to the health-profile questions.

Documents you upload: photos of medicine boxes and images or PDFs of medical reports. Our AI extracts the key points (title, findings, values) — and then the ORIGINAL images and PDFs are deleted immediately after extraction. We keep only the extracted key points you choose to save, never the original files.

Technical diagnostics: if the app crashes, it may send an error report (error name, message, app version, screen, device model). It is linked to your account only if you were signed in; otherwise it is anonymous.

How AI processing works

Synviti uses a third-party AI model provider (Kimi, operated by Moonshot AI) to read medicine photos and your report pages and to generate schedule suggestions, interaction checks and summaries. The relevant images or text are sent to the provider over an encrypted connection solely to produce your result.

We do not send your data to any other AI provider, and we do not use your data to train anything ourselves.

Where your data lives

Your account and wellness data are stored on our servers hosted by Tencent Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany. Connections to the app and to the AI provider are encrypted in transit.

Cookies and preferences

The website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies: your sign-in session (http-only tokens) and your language and theme preferences. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Analytics without identifying you

We count app downloads and page views to understand whether the service is used. These events store a daily-rotating hash of the IP address — never the raw IP — so counts cannot be tied back to you the next day.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not show ads. Your health information is used only to provide the Synviti features you see.

Retention

Your account data is kept while your account exists. Uploaded report originals are never retained (see above). Extracted records stay until you delete them individually or delete your account. Anonymous operational logs (error diagnostics, AI-call metadata without content linkage) are kept for a limited time to keep the service reliable.

Your rights and choices

You can export your information as a PDF report at any time. You can delete individual records, medications or readings in the app. And you can delete your entire account in the app — this permanently removes your account and personal data, including medications, schedules, dose logs, readings, health answers, extracted records and uploaded files, and signs out all your sessions.
